The River redefines the notion of a boutique hotel, offering a rare sense of flow and tranquility. The architectural composition unfolds linearly along an impressive water axis, creating a private retreat where contemporary luxury meets nature.

The complex consists of six independent buildings, each accommodating four high-standard residences. The ground-floor rooms enjoy direct access to the pool, while the upper levels feature private outdoor jacuzzis, offering different modes of stay. The layout of each unit ensures complete privacy and visual separation between the residences.

At the front part of the plot, the central reception building houses the lobby, the restaurant, and the breakfast & brunch area. The first floor of this building provides dual views — towards the sea and towards the interior of the complex, where the central organically shaped pool dominates, inspired by the image of a river.

Immediately after the central building, a generous outdoor event space unfolds, designed to host parties, receptions, and social gatherings. At the back of the plot, the parking area and service buildings for staff are located, including laundry and support facilities.

The heart of the complex is the “artificial river” — an ultra-length pool that runs along the entire development. The suites are positioned to offer direct access to the water, dissolving the boundaries between indoor and outdoor space. Clean geometries in exposed concrete and warm details in natural oak create an atmosphere of refined minimalism.
